Dear Mr. Pierce. Following your first order you called and complimented my staff on their professionalism, the beautiful design of the arrangement and how pleased you were with the result. I regret that you felt it necessary to provide such a low rating when multiple apologies were given regarding the oversite of a courtesy photo being sent of the arrangement. However, we are unable to go back in time and take the photo. We offered to provide a single point of contact for future orders and you declined the special attention to detail we offered. The issue was not with the product or delivery just the oversite of the courtesy photo and that I didnt call as you demanded to beg for your business. You received multiple apologies from my Operations Manager. You are correct that I did not call in response to your demand. My staff was so upset by your behavior I opted not to call and Beg for your business as you repeatedly demanded. As the owner I admire and stand behind my staff and the way your verbally abusive call was managed. Again, I regret the oversight of a courtesy photo not being sent of the arrangement and have reviewed the process of photos with my staff to improve future customer experiences when photos are requested. I accept we will not be doing business in the future. I consider the matter closed.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend. I spent over $220 including delivery and asked for a nice arrangement to include a dozen roses with additional color and a nice vase. I asked to receive a picture before delivery so I would know what my friend was receiving. I did not get a picture and called in to inquire if the order had been delivered. The store manager made it sound like my fault because I did not ask for her when I made the order and the person that took the call was a florist. I told her that it was her employee and that she should not allow them to answer the phone if they are not trained to make notes on an order. I did not receive an apology but was told to ask for the manager next time so they could get it right. I asked to speak to the owner but did not get a call back. I got a call the next morning from the store manager who said the owner declined to speak to me. I told the manager no thanks and that I would not be making a future order. I had spent about $480 with this florist but will not do it again. Own your mistakes, apologize and make it right. Customers have options and I wont be using this one due to the attitude of the store manager and the owners unwillingness to speak to a customer.

I am sorry that you are not happy with your flower delivery. The flowers were delivered late 6:15 pm. When the person that took your order explained that we would do our best to call you but we couldn't guarantee it since we are so very busy, they should have been more clear. When you called, understandably upset that you didn't receive a phone call prior to your flower delivery, it was explained that we didn't have an answer right now as it is 8 am and we couldn't get that driver on the phone. You requested immediate action. This is why the offer to upgrade the arrangement and deliver immediately this morning or give you a full refund on your delivery was extended without giving you a complete answer to the problem. We are sorry that you are choosing to take your business else where but we understand your reasoning. Thank you for your business.

Take your business elsewhere, this place cannot follow through with your order and will be unable to give you an answer why in the end. I placed an order for a Valentines Day delivery ahead of time online, paid in full, and the flowers were not delivered to the correct address. In the delivery notes I asked for a call before they were dropped off and never received it. I checked with the shop four times on Valentines Day and was assured each time that they were out for delivery, and not to worry. Every time I called I was immediately given an off the cuff answer such as Maybe they didnt hear a knock or Maybe they were left with the apartment office, rather than actually looking into the issue. The problem with both of those explanations is that my fiancé and I both work from home, and neither of us heard a knock or got word from the office there was a delivery. Not to mention the driver did not call as was requested. Deborah, the manager that was working with me, offered no explanation because she did not have one. The two options I was presented with to fix this issue was that they would either send an upgraded bouquet today (02/15) or refund my money. While that technically was a resolution for the problem at hand, it does not fix the poor execution and almost assuredly antiquated business practices that result in such errors as delivering to the wrong address and not following the requested delivery instructions. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Woods or try out Maribels Flower Boutique. Precious Memories will have you creating bad memories for Valentines to come.
